Responsible for promoting and monitoring of health and safety of the personnel at designated site or office.
Reports directly to the Project Manager / Plant Manager / Company Physician.
Provides efficient health care at jobsite especially who are those sick during working hours.
Monitors all the staff and workers’ health condition such as their blood pressure, weight, etc. to identify if they meet the normal range.
Conducts health teaching at least once a month to keep the site’s personnel updated and aware on any health issues including dissemination of basic knowledge to keep them away from any health problems. Coordinates with various institutions or government agencies in relation in medical programs such sports fest, bloodletting, vaccinations, etc.
Compiles and keeps the project site’s personnel PEME (Pre-entry Medical Examination) and to check it thoroughly if they are fit to work.
Responds to any accident / incident that happen at project site and provides first aid when needed.
Give primary medication to those who are in need and refer or assist to Physician / hospital if necessary for further evaluation and treatment.
Prepares monthly report in relation to medical / health issues that will be sent to Main Office for documentation purposes. Consolidates the monthly medical related reports for safekeeping and reporting at concerned government agency in an annual manner.
Assists and coordinates renewal of personnel’s medical examination, annual medical examination, and monitors maintenance medication of personnel with medical illnesses.
Safekeeping of personnel’s medical records.
Purchases and monitors stocks of medicine / medical supplies.

Male / Female, at least 23 years old;
Registered Nurse;
Work experience in the Construction industry is an advantage;
Has the ability to deliver a comprehensive and safe nursing practice related to health , risks, accidents, injuries, hazards, and other unsafe conditions;
Has the ability to complete all administrative tasks such as report writing, maintenance of accurate nursing and medical records, up to date client case notes, relevant from filling in order to ensure that the project site runs smoothly, safely and effectively;
