- Reports directly to the Project Manager / Plant Manager.
- Prepares shop drawing layout in coordination with the other trades, for approval of the Consultants
- Prepares as-built drawings of the completed project for permits and requirements of the client.
- Prepares general schedule of the project using primavera program.
- Prepares preliminary architectural plan for the Mechanical Ventilation and Air conditioning (MVAC) System.
- Performs survey works for the preparation of shop drawings.
- Lays-out the design of the A/C system, if any.
- Other related works.
- Graduate of a Technical Drafting or Architecture course
- Preferably with at least 1 year related work experience in preparing shop drawings and as-built plans
- With exposure in using computer-aided designs and drafting
